From Achievement to Ambition: Ready for FY 2026–2027

𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐘 2025–2026 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐘 2026–2027!

Last week, we came together for the 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 2026, bringing together the leadership teams from 𝐀𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢’𝐬 𝐌𝐄𝐏, 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 Divisions.

We were privileged to have the presence of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 & 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, as we celebrated the successful completion of FY 2025–2026 and aligned our vision, priorities, and strategies for FY 2026–2027.

The event featured insightful discussions, strategic planning sessions, and a shared commitment to driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. It provided an excellent platform for our leadership teams to exchange ideas, strengthen collaboration, and set a clear course for the year ahead.

The day concluded with a wonderful team dinner and celebration. Sharing this occasion with our senior leadership made the evening even more special, reminding us that while strong leaders drive success, it is our people, teamwork, and shared values that truly define our achievements.
