Emergency Medical Drill Reinforcing Workplace Safety at Oasis Enterprises

As part of Oasis Enterprises (Al Shirawi Group)’s ongoing commitment to health and safety, we recently conducted an Emergency Medical Drill led by our Head of HSE, Mr. Keneth Sah. The exercise focused on evaluating the practicality of our emergency response plan, effectiveness of communication, readiness of emergency equipment, and the adequacy of first aid training. Beginning with a live demonstration of managing a choking hazard, the drill progressed through a simulated Basic Life Support scenario, from first response and CPR administration to paramedic intervention, followed by hands-on CPR practice for staff. This initiative reinforced the importance of preparedness, teamwork, and swift decision-making, ensuring our teams are confident and capable of responding effectively in real-life emergencies.
