
At Oasis Enterprises (Al Shirawi Group), safety is more than a compliance requirement, it’s a shared responsibility. We are making safety a lifestyle which becomes the cornerstone of our workplace culture. As part of this commitment, we recently conducted an in-depth Safety Induction Training for both new and existing team members, led by our Head of HSE, Mr. Keneth Sah. The session addressed critical areas such as key safety responsibilities of the employer and employees, hazard identification and reporting, emergency response planning, behavioral safety, environmental awareness, and alignment with ISO standards and UAE regulations; including Federal Decree – Law No. (33) of 2021 (on Regulation of Employment Relationship) and Ministerial Order No: 32 of 1982 (Regarding Determination of the Ways and Means to Protect Employees Against Occupational Hazards). By reinforcing awareness of legal obligations and practical safety measures, the training empowered employees with the knowledge and confidence to act responsibly, while helping the organization minimizing risks, maintaining compliance, and ensuring business continuity. More importantly, it fostered a culture of accountability, where every team member plays an active role in maintaining a safe, resilient, and productive work environment.
