The Al Shirawi Group founded Arcadia Education with the express purpose of "giving back to society" by delivering world-class education to the future generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, sportsmen, and other professionals. With a total student capacity of 5000 pupils, the organisation now manages three schools, two in the Jumeirah Village Triangle Area and one in the Al Furjan area. Arcadia Education, regarded as one of Dubai's top British school operators, follows the National Curriculum for England, which includes programmes such as the Happiness Programme, Junior MBA Programme (First Entrepreneurship Programme for Primary Pupils), Extracurricular or Enrichment Learning Programme, and University/Career Guidance.
