Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our PMO-IT Lead, Bariraa Khan, at the OTS Gurgaon office — and it was nothing short of transformative.

In-depth discussions were held on SDLC best practices, CMMI certification readiness, and audit preparedness, reinforcing our process maturity and governance excellence.

✅ Stronger Onsite–Offsite Synergy
One of the biggest takeaways was the renewed focus on enhancing collaboration between Onsite and Offsite teams with clear action points around proactive communication, shared ownership and transparency.
